Picked your mailing up @ post office today, opened package – no apparent damage to timepiece. Visually, watch appears finished and in good order. Upon setting time and date stem action is strained / hard to adjust – not smooth mechanical touch as should be expect. After setting time and bringing date to one (1) day prior to current date in order to roll through 24 hours on the chronograph and bring date-time into proper adjustment, stem crown is difficult to return to secure position and wind closed without affecting date mode. The piece looks nice but demonstrates very poor craftsmanship, it is obvious to me that it will fail very early on rendering it mechanically useless. I ordered and paid for this watch on 13th August so it has taken three and a half months to get this sorted and I’ve still got to wait for the new one to be delivered.
